I just got a card and package from my mother in law. She said in the card "this is the best gift I can offer to you and the baby". The package contained probiotic supplements from Japan for 'optimal GI health'. First of all, I already take supplements and prenatal vitamins which have been okay'd by my doctor. And what is she trying to tell me? She thinks I have problems with pooping? or gas? I'm only 10 weeks along so I can understand not getting anything baby related yet, but how about some lotions or something? What makes her think that I should take her medical advice on what I should consume in my pregnancy. She's a school teacher, not a doctor. Anyway, thoughtless gift from MIL. /rant
